Christopher WaldeckHarrisson Fords salary for one movie

Recently Harrison Ford was the highest paid actor according to the latest posting at Yahoo.com.
However, he only had one movie and that movie was Indiana Jones and the crystal Skull which was the most ridiculous of the series. Ford originally didn't want to do the role as he was in semi retirement, so Spielberg used his magic and his studio connections to work out a massive deal for Harrison ford. Harrison Ford ended being paid sixty five million dollars!
Now, I know that Harrison Ford still has a lot of popularity amongst moviegoers, but this was a bit steep for a guy who hadn't made a solid blockbuster in eight years. Yet Adam Sandler who makes four successful films follows up in second with fifty five million dollars. Sure Adam may not be in the most critically beloved movies, but he makes good blockbusters and he doesn't paid even the amount of Ford. Then again Adam Sandler doesn't work with Spielberg.
The others on the lst included both Wills, Ferrell and Smith, Johnny Depp(of course), and a few others. You can view the list at Yahoo.com
There was one thing that I noticed about Depp's Salary and that was that it was the lowest on the list at twenty five million and that was because there wasn't a Pirates of the Carribean movie. still that's pretty good for someone who makes one movie. Johnny Depp is a good actor and is worth the cash too, but still Ford made triple for his movie.
Well I don't know if anyone agrees that these paychecks are a bit bloated or I'd just be the stingiest man alive. but if these actors get paid this much money, maybe they could help Obama bail out.
