Halloween 5 The Revenge of Michael myers review

Well revenge isn't so sweet and neither is this movie though it definately tries to be. This was the plot hole littered, and obviously rushed sequel after number four brought the franchise back in demand. Can you honestly blame the fans after the fourth Halloween for not wanting a sequel after the ending? Well this film has the mask altyeration that makes Michael looks even stranger. The whole cast seemed to be over acting and the madness of Danielle Harris is never fully explained. Dr. Loomis seemed to be the only actor not off the wagon.
Well Michael survived the shootout and he is now hunting his niece again. This time she is consumed with madness and so are the plot holes in this movie that never make sense as if detail wasn't a concern at the moment. This was more slasher than anything yet still pretty good with a few nice kills and more nudity that aren't needed, but make the film appeal more to the slasher fans. However, it's too much slasher that nearly ruined this film as Michael hunts jaime and is also battling against Dr. Loomis at the same time. this film had much more gore and a great yet ridiculous chase scene through a field. this film was clearly for entertainment to feed the hungry fans.
As far as this movie goes it's not as plot holed as Halloween 6, but it certainly could have used an improvement where plot holes are concerned. At least it was entertaining and didn't make me want to skin myself like I felt after watching Halloween 6.
