Michael concludes his revenge with the Weinstein Brothers
This is more of the Weinstein Brothers than Rob zombie however he's interested in doing this which will completely suck. How in the world can you make a 3D halloween movie. The style won't match up and neither will the movie. It's too graphic and realistic to be cartoony and CGI overloaded like The Final Destination.
I guess the Weinsteins say they learn their lesson of not fighting with the Final destination so they instead decide to copy tyhe styloe despite the bad reviews that the last Destination has gotten. What a way to completely murder the fan base of the horror genre. You pissed on the concept of grindhouse when you released it on DVD, and now your turning this brutal franchise of halloween into a cheesefest, and now your selling out into the 3D genre. Just because it worked for hasrry warden doesn't mean it'll work for Michael Myers.
Are Hollywood producers seriously this arrogant and simpleminded that they completely ignore all the hate mail from their fans and act like pompous asses by releasing this dreck and camping on a once great series.
The Weinstein Brothers may be the most pompous, arrogant, egotistical jerks and morons on this planet. They use their power to make Shakespeare in love look better than it was and buy the best picture just so Harry can gloat in Speilberg's face. They kill the purpose of grindhouse to make a simple buck, and now they've buried this series and are planning on turning into a joke by 2010.
It looks like Rob Zombie's along for the ride unfortunately. Hopefully he changes his mind.
