Halloween 2 original review not Rob zombie

This was the movie where michael myers turned into a slasher rather than an original killer which caused the series to take a slight downturn. however, this movie is one of the best sequeos that was savagely discredited by the credits because it went more slasher than originality. This film is really just a part 2 to thew original movie in the sense of kill Bill. The only difference is that Hollywood doesn't bow down to Carpenter like they do to Tarantino.
The music isn't the original creepy tune, but an effedctive remake that's more coherant and intelligble than any rap song remix on the radio, and it doesn't even need lyrics. I personally really liked the second theme, maybe even more thna the first theme, well now that's going a bit too far isn't it.
The film is Dr. Loomis chasing down Michael myers while Laurie strode is in the hopsital unaware that her brother is stalking her on intent of killing her. this is the movie where the relationship secret was finally revealed. along the way we had some cheesy unnecessary parts and some really good scares which sadly dumbed down this movie. the extra gore was a nice touch and I think that the appall over them was a bit ridiculous. I could understand the friday the 13th effects, but these didn't deserve the criticism that they received. the ending was random yet exciting, but still a bit cheesy however, the thrills are still there and we didn't have Rob zombie directing it.
