An odd, but strangely awesome cast for "Machete."

Once upon a time there was a fake trailer for a fake movie called "Machete," starring Danny Trejo. this trailer went through the mind of Robert Rodriguez and the mind of his studio. What was once an original and creative idea for Grindhouse is going to be used over again and hopefully it's awesome. We all know that Grindhouse movies had over the top cast members and actors, but this film might have an odder cast than any Quentin Tarantino, Robert Altman, Frank Miller or Robert Rodriguez movie in general.
Let's see the cast. we have Robert De Niro, Steven Segal, Jessica Alba, Don Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez and Lindsay Lohan. Well I'm not sure if robert can save Lohan's career or Steven segal's, but it's pretty awesome to see this entire cast in the same movie. seriously, since when did we ever expect to see Lindsay, Michelle, Segal, Alba(huge surprise), Jonhson, and De Niro in the same breath. This is like the ultimate crazy cast, something that even a celebrity reality show couldn't have thought up.
If this is like Planet Terror or Desperado we're in for lots of fun, sex and blood. It's like every crazy over the top B movie fans wet dream. If this trailer could be made into a movie then we'll probably be seeing a trailer adaptation of Thanksgiving, if the MPAA even agrees to view it. I might even like to see a trailer adaptation into a film of Rob Zombie's trailer and the only reason would be to keep his mind off of Halloween 3.
